214 reported drug cases recorded for November

214 reported drug cases recorded for November

214 reported drug cases have been recorded for the month of November.

Acting Police Commissioner, Juki Fong Chew says of the 214 cases recorded, 209 were related to the unlawful possession of illicit drugs and 5 were cases of unlawful cultivation of illicit drugs.

183 cases were related to marijuana, 29 cases were related to methamphetamine, and 2 cases were related to cocaine.

76 people from around the country were arrested last week for drug related offences.
