The Assistant Minister for Local Government, Housing and Environment Lorna Eden says the 2017-2018 national budget is a visionary budget that will set all Fijians on a path to success, regardless of what the Opposition may choose to believe.
Eden highlighted this during the 2017-2018 budget debate.
She says that this budget reflect the commitment to a transformative development that is economically, socially and environmentally sustainable.
The Assistant Minister for Local Government, Housing and Environment says the newly proposed Ministry of Environment will be responsible for protecting Fiji’s natural environment.
