A 20-year-old man has been charged with one count of robbery and one count of breach of bail condition after he robbed a 59-year-old woman in her home in Moto, Ba last month.
It is alleged that the man entered the woman’s home on the 9th of May and after he was confronted by the victim, he allegedly assaulted her and stole jewellery and cash before running away from the scene.
Police say following weeks of investigation and information gathering, investigators managed to identify the accused and was brought in for questioning.
He will be produced at the Ba Magistrates Court today.
