The 19 year-old-man who allegedly assaulted a 25 year-old man resulting in his death while returning from a nightclub along Carnavon Street in Suva, has been released from custody after a caution interview.
The 25-year-old was allegedly assaulted on Friday morning and passed away at the CWM Hospital on the same afternoon.
Police earlier said he fell over the railings and hit the cement surface and was rushed to the CWM Hospital by his relatives.
