A 18 year old student who was found hiding under a bed inside his 16 year old girlfriend's room has been charged with one count of indecent assault and one count of failure to comply with orders.
The student was allegedly found hiding in his girlfriend's room on Tuesday night in Nakasi.
The 16 year old girl had allegedly allowed the 18 year old into their home without her parent's knowledge earlier in the day.
The victim's mother discovered that the girl had visible marks where she revealed the two were allegedly intimate during the time they were together.
As the victim is underage, the accused has been charged with indecent assault and one count of failure to comply with orders as he was found after 10pm.
He will be produced in the Nasinu Magistrates Court tomorrow.
