Dance Fest Fiji returns bigger than ever this year, featuring a record breaking 17 dance companies, including two from overseas - the largest since the festival began five years ago.

Speaking to fijivillage News, Dance Fest organiser Tevita Tobeyaweni says the growth reflects the vibrant and evolving dance scene across the country.

Tobeyaweni also highlighted the festival’s role in nurturing new talent and fostering professional growth in Fiji’s creative industry.

Tonight is the Film the Beat Awards Night at the Oceania Centre Pavilion at 7pm. Tickets will be sold at the door for $5.

The Dance Workshop will be held tomorrow night. Tickets are $3.

The Dance Fest Fiji Production will be held at Suva Civic Centre at 7pm Saturday.

Tickets are $25 for General Audience and $50 for VIPs.
