17 apartments at Uduya Point Apartments in Lami were sold before its completion this year despite the challenges faced by COVID-19.

Managing Director of Blue Horizon Property Group, Mark Acraman says the investment was well worth the wait and it is rewarding to see the construction works finally completed.

They will launch one of country’s first luxury real estate developments “open home by the sea” worth $21 million today.

Acraman says it is encouraging to see the confidence buyers and investors have in Fijian-owned real estate which boosts their commitment and energy into more unique local projects that positively benefits the people and economy.
