Eight international and eight local men’s 7s teams will battle for glory at the McDonald’s Fiji Coral Coast 7s next month at Lawaqa Park.

The 16 teams that have been confirmed for the men’s division include All Blacks 7s, NZ Development 7s, Mike Friday Select 7s, Bula Bay 7s, Seattle Barbarians, Australian Select 7s, Manu Samoa 7s, Fiji 7s, Tuva Rugby, Drua 7s, Devo Babas, Ratu Filise, Colo West Highlanders, Taikita Brothers 7s, BLK Lavidi Brothers, and Brothers.

According to the Coral Coast 7s organisers, the tournament is significant for Fiji, a rugby powerhouse, as it serves as a key event in their sevens rugby calendar, offering an opportunity for local players to impress national selectors ahead of larger events, including the HSBC World Rugby 7s Series.

The Coral Coast 7s will be held from the 16th to the 18th of January, 2025.
