In co-operation with the Fiji Police Force, a total of 100 students of AD Patel College Ba were badged this past week and are now part of the Crime Stoppers Scholastic Program associates for their school.

While launching the police-school partnership program for the Ba based school, Ba Station Officer, Inspector Kamal Kishor says the students have got big shoes to fill in implementing measures to prevent crime from happening at their schools.

Inspector Kishor says the student's roles as custodians of law and order will help create a safer environment while at the same time, empowering their young minds as future leaders.

The students of AD Patel College were also welcomed to the Crime Stoppers Scholastic family and will also assist Police in maintaining a feeling of security in the community and preventing conflicts to promote amity.

The school is part of the Police Scholastic Program that will ensure a safer and crime-free learning environment in learning institutions in Fiji.
