Wairiki 7s: Wardens Gold, Police Blue and Police White – undefeated in the pools

Defending Fiji Bitter Wairiki 7s champion, Wardens Gold, are looking to retain their title after they won all their pool games.

Wardens won by default against Red Prawn Rugby in their first match, they then defeated Somosomo Sharks 22-12 in their second match and they thrashed Combine Service Taveuni 21-0 in their final pool match yesterday.

Also looking good in the Wairiki 7s are the two Police teams, with Police Blue and Police White winning all their pool matches.

Looking at other results, Lavidi Brothers beat Spearhead Yalovata 12-5, Koolwota Babas beat Lavena 7-0, Tagova Babas beat St Mary Somosomo 26-0 and Navy defeated Veilomani Brothers 14-7.

The Wairiki 7s continues today at the Wairiki Ground, Taveuni.
