Tough battle in the 4x400 metres finals

RKS won the Senior Boys 4x400 relay final with an impressive run in the last few metres to pip Suva Grammar.

The Grammar runner was in front however he lost concentration and started celebrating by pointing the baton towards the grandstand before he won the race which saw RKS take the advantage.

Grammar got silver while QVS took the bronze.

MGM won the Senior Girls 4x400 metres race, Saint Joseph’s settled for silver while Namosi Secondary got the bronze.

RKS took out the gold in the Intermediate Boys 4x400 metres race while Suva Grammar and QVS settled for silver and bronze respectively.

ACS dominated the Intermediate 4x400 metres relay to add another gold medal to their impressive tally. Nasasavia Secondary got silver and Grammar got bronze.

Natabua took gold in the Junior Boys 4x400 metres race beating Marist and RKS who settled for silver and bronze respectively.

ACS won gold in the Junior Girls 4x400 metres race.

Holy Cross College got the silver while Bucalevu Secondary School takes home the bronze.

Vunisea Secondary School won the Sub Junior Girls 4x400 metres race beating Suva Grammar who settled for silver and Dreketi High School got bronze. The Sub Junior Boys 4x400 metres race was won by QVS.

Suva Grammar and RKS settled for silver and bronze respectively.
