Labasa soccer star Ashnil Raju has confirmed that he will not play in their last two group matches against Nasinu and Ba but says he will be available if the side makes it to the semi-final of the Vodafone Fiji FACT.

Raju is marrying his high school sweetheart who is a nurse this Saturday after being in a relationship for 7 years.

The 25 year old says he would love to play against Nasinu tomorrow but it is likely that he will not make it because he has Ramayan ( prayer session) at his home.

labasa lost 4-0 against Rewa in their opening pool match and will need to beat Nasinu to keep their hopes of qualifying for the semifinal alive.

The tournament resumes at Subrail Park from tomorrow.

Lautoka will take on Navua at 12pm, Ba takes on Rewa at 2pm, Suva takes on Nadi at 4pm while hosts, Labasa will take on Nasinu at 6.30pm.

You can catch the live commentaries of the Ba – Rewa match at 2pm, Suva – Nadi match at 4pm and Labasa – Nasinu match at 6.30pm Wednesday on Radio Sargam.
