Quarterfinalists confirmed for first Super 7s Series tournament

The quarterfinals of the first tournament in the Fiji Rugby Super 7s Series at Lawaqa Park have been confirmed after round three of pool play.

In the first quarterfinal, Tabadamu will face off with Police Blue while Raiwasa Taveuni will clash Police White in the second quarter final.

The Life After Rugby Barbarian Brothers will meet Uluinakau in the third quarter final.

Army and Ratu Filise clash in the last quarter final.

In round 3 of pool play, Dominion Brothers defeated Nawaka 10-5, Army beat Uluinakau 7-0, Wardens defeated Yamacia 17-7, Barbarians edged Ratu Filise 19-17, Wadigi Salvo beat Fire 26-14, Raiwasa Taveuni thrashed Police Blue 21-7, Stallions beat Eastern Saints 29-15 and Tabadamu beat Police White 7-5.

The women's competition will head straight into the semi finals seeing Mount Masada taking on Striders at 1:40pm followed by Mount Camel and Sea Hawkes in the second semi final.
