Occasional showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected over the Eastern and interior of Viti Levu.
The Nadi Weather Office says thunderstorms are also expected in the Greater Suva-Nausori-Lami-Tailevu, the interior and coastal of Serua and Namosi, Naitasiri, Tailevu North and Vanua Levu, especially in the Southern Bua and Cakaudrove provinces.
They say a weakening trough of low pressure remains slow-moving over the southwest of the Fiji group and is expected to weaken and dissipate later tomorrow.
They further say that isolated heavy falls may lead to flash flooding in low-lying and flood-prone areas.
