Man who allegedly set fire to the to St. Giles Hospital reception area charged

A man in his late 30s who is alleged to have set fire to the St Giles Hospital reception area on Thursday will be produced in the Suva Magistrates Court tomorrow.

Police say the man has been charged with one count of arson and one count of act with intent to cause grievous harm.

According to police the man is not a patient at the hospital.
