England hooker Jamie George says England are "a much better team" than the one that lost to Fiji in August as they prepare to meet again in the 2023 Rugby World Cup quarter final on Monday.

England suffered their first defeat against the Pacific Island nation in their final World Cup warm up match in August this year.

George says memories of Fiji "running riot" at Twickenham still "hurts" and this is an opportunity to put a few things right from that game, which was shocking.

England number 8 Billy Vunipola says they are a much better team now than they were then but there are some clear things they have to take away.

The Fiji Water Flying Fijians will take on England at 3am Monday.

In other RWC quarter finals, Wales will play Argentina at 3am Sunday, Ireland will take on the All Blacks at 7am on Sunday and hosts France will play South Africa at 7am next Monday.
