With the 2025 Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific season kicking off next week, the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua knows how crucial the home games are for them and they need to keep that winning streak they had last year.

Captain Tevita Ikanivere says their first game against the Brumbies next week determines how their season will go and adds that they are out to win.

The Drua had a hit-out session last night at Churchill Park in Lautoka and Ikanivere described it as intense.

Drua coach Glen Jackson says there are always areas that they need to work on as that is the nature of rugby.

He says he was impressed with how the players performed in last night’s hit-out session and everyone put their hands up and showed their worth.

The Drua will host the Brumbies at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva next Saturday at 3.35pm in round 1 of the Super Rugby Pacific competition.
