People can expect rain until the weekend as a trough of low pressure remains slow moving over the Fiji group.
The Weather Office says the trough of low pressure which is expected to gradually weaken tonight will affect the Fiji group until Saturday.
There is a heavy rain warning in force for Viti Levu, Kadavu, Mamanuca and Lomaiviti group and Lau.
The Weather Office says there is a risk of flash flooding of low lying areas and small rivers, creeks and roads.
