Ed Sheeran took his Indian concert to new heights, leaving fans in awe as he performed the Telugu chartbuster ‘Chuttamalle’ during his Mathematics tour in Bengaluru.

The British singer, who has previously wowed audiences with mashups like ‘Shape of You’ with Diljit Dosanjh’s ‘Urvasi’, truly impressed the crowd when he joined Shilpa Rao on stage to sing her hit song from the Telugu movie Devara Part 1.

The song, 'Chuttamalle', features the dynamic visuals of Jr. NTR and Janhvi Kapoor and Sheeran’s flawless rendition of the Telugu lyrics while strumming his guitar was a true highlight of the night.

In a post sharing the video, Sheeran expressed his admiration for Rao’s voice “Obsessed with @shilparao’s voice for the last while, a real privilege to share the stage tonight, and learn a new language.”

Fans were equally impressed by his effort to learn and perform in a language so different from his own, with many praising his willingness to immerse himself in local cultures.
