A 30-year-old woman has been charged for allegedly raping a 4-year-old girl.
Police say the accused is alleged to have committed the offence on September 15th.
They say the accused is the victim’s kindergarten teacher who allegedly committed the offence while helping the victim to get into her swimsuit.
Police further say the victim relayed the incident to her mother on the same day and a police report was lodged and investigated by the Criminal Investigations Department.
The accused has been charged with one count of rape.
