This was the sound of how thousands of people welcomed the New Year at the 19th LegendFM Annual Fiji Street Party Big Night Out with Coca-Cola last night.

FM96 Breakfast host and Programmes Director Antonio Rahiman who was also the host for the evening highlighted that the atmosphere was incredibly lively as many families and friends farewelled 2017 welcoming the New Year.

He says that there was a great interest in the many features that was set for the family event, that included the live bands, Qiri Kava crew and for the first time in the Pacific, the biggest Sing‑a‑long.

Rahiman says that even though the sing‑a‑long is the first of it's kind at the biggest New Year's Party in the Pacific, the response from the public was overwhelming.

Qiri kava groups also added to the exciting atmosphere at the event.

The biggest New Year's party in the Pacific also featured dancing, rides, food and non-stop music with performances from local bands and midnight fireworks display to welcome the New Year.
