Ba Women will have the opportunity to test themselves against some of Oceania's top clubs when they compete in the OFC Women's Champions League in Honiara, Solomon Islands this weekend.

Ba Football Association President Praneel Dayal says the team is well prepared and ready for the challenge ahead.

Dayal has urged the players to represent both Ba and Fiji with pride and determination throughout the tournament.

He says the competition is a special opportunity for the players to showcase their talent against some of the best clubs in Oceania.

Dayal says he has full confidence in the team and has encouraged the players to give their all in every match, stay united and make their supporters and the nation proud.

Ba will begin its Group B campaign against hosts Henderson Eels FC on Sunday at 5pm before taking on Papua New Guinea champions Hekari Women FC next Wednesday.

The Women in Black will then face Vanuatu's Tafea FC next Saturday in their final pool match.

The top two teams from each group will advance to the semi-finals, with the final scheduled for July 10th.
