Fiji Women bracing for physical challenge against Queensland Reds

The Queensland Reds Women's rugby team boasts a powerful forward pack, led by players such as Eva Kapani and Tania Colony-Valley, which adds significant strength and impact to their ball-carrying game.

This was shared to fijivillage Sports by McDonald Fiji Drua Women's Head Coach Mike Leggae.

Leggae says they expect a similar approach to previous opponents, based on their video analysis, with perhaps a few variations.

He says overall, they anticipate a physical, direct style of play, much like what they have faced from other teams.

Legae says they had a good start and finish last weekend, but need to improve what happens in between.

He says for this weekend, it is all about achieving consistency.

The Fiji Drua Women will take on the Reds at 4.05pm Saturday
