VitiFM wants to come out from the normal type of concert that is done in the hall or on the playground

Communications Fiji Limited's radio station, VitiFM has today launched Fiji's first-ever Live Mai Rooftop Concert with Digicel, which will be held from 5pm Saturday, November 23rd.

While speaking at the 23rd VitiFM birthday celebration, VitiFM Content Director, Maikeli Radua says the top iTaukei artists that will be performing on the night will include Sassy, Laisa Vulakoro, Georgina Ledua, Eta Gonerogo, Aggie Vakaloloma, Voqa ni Delai Dokidoki, Leba Boi Yawa e Lomai Nasau, Tauvu Tribute and Cagi ni Delaiyatova.

Radua says VitiFM wants to come out from the normal type of concert that is done in the hall or on the playground.

While speaking at the launch, Executive Chairman of Communications Fiji Limited, William Parkinson says the VitiFM Live Mai Rooftop Concert will be live on VitiFM and also on VitiFM's facebook page for everyone across the country and around the world.

Parkinson says VitiFM's Vosa Na Wa music program on the radio station and online has been a huge hit around the world and it is even popular in the All Blacks camp.

Radua says because this will be a rooftop concert, VitiFM can only allow limited number of spectators to mingle with the artists.

Radua says VitiFM will be giving out 15 tickets to the lucky people that will be participating in the radio station's on-air competitions for the next 3 weeks.
