Prime Minister and People's Alliance Party Leader Sitiveni Rabuka and People’s Alliance Party, Retired Colonel Sakiusa Raivoce

How can I leave the party that I started with Sitiveni Rabuka and the late Masi Lomaloma.

That is the comment of one of the founders of the People’s Alliance Party, Retired Colonel Sakiusa Raivoce when asked on whether he is aware of the people behind the formation of a new party and whether he is part of that group.

Raivoce says “I cannot and will never betray my boss, Rabuka.”

Prime Minister and People's Alliance Party Leader Sitiveni Rabuka confirmed earlier this week that he is aware of some of the members of the People’s Alliance Party planning to form a new political party for the 2026 general elections but no one has revealed that they are behind the setting up of a new party.

When fijivillage News approached Raivoce, he said he is a soldier and he will die with Rabuka.

Raivoce says “where Rabuka goes, I will go. I’m not aware of who is behind this.”
