A major boost for Nadi and the country as a whole today as Jack’s of Fiji’s $5 million refurbished flagship store at Main Street Nadi has opened it’s doors.

The renovation of the Nadi store has brought about numerous benefits to the local economy which includes the creation of an additional 50 jobs, which will not only enhance the livelihoods of individuals but also contribute to the overall economic growth of the region.

While opening the Nadi store today, Director of Jack’s of Fiji, Nikul Khatri says Nadi, their hometown and the place where their business began, holds a special place in their hearts.

Khatri says it's also where their head office is located, making it the heart and engine of their business.

He says the Nadi flagship store represents their commitment to Nadi's growth and development, and it stands as a symbol of their dedication to providing a dynamic and contemporary shopping experience.

Khatri says what's new in this store is more than just a fresh look; it's a transformation.

He says they have expanded the space for men's fashion on the ground floor, offering a larger and more comfortable area for customers to explore the latest trends and styles.

Khatri also says they have introduced the brand new XL Sports Store, which features a wide range of international brands along with their very own QAQA line.

On the first floor, they have ladies fashion, beauty, and a dedicated Little India store. The second floor houses the first full-fledged Baby Jack's Store in Nadi, with a play area for kids. There is also a BATA store, providing a comprehensive range of footwear options.

Khatri says the construction of the store was undertaken by Jack's Manufacturing Limited (JML), an integral part of the Jack's Group of Companies.

He says JML is a full-service construction company, and this project showcases its capabilities as one of the leading construction firms in the country.

Khatri says they will also commence renovation of the second Jack's building located across the road from the Nadi flagship store and the Corner Cafe.

He says when these renovations are completed, Nadi Town will witness a complete uplift, contributing positively to tourism, enhancing the local economy, and creating more job opportunities.

Khatri adds that we should also acknowledge the resilience of Nadi Town.

He says despite facing numerous floods and natural disasters, Nadi has emerged stronger each time.

Khatri says while increased attention and investment have been directed towards other areas, revitalizing Nadi Town will contribute to its resurgence and restoration as a vibrant hub for the community and visitors.
