A 14-year-old student’s life has been tragically cut short after being hit by a vehicle in Nabua yesterday.

Police say the vehicle was allegedly driven by a 54-year-old man, who is believed to have lost control and hit the side of a bus before veering toward the traffic lights where the boy was waiting to cross.

The boy was rushed to the CWM Hospital but later passed away due to the injuries sustained.

Police confirm investigations into the incident are ongoing.
