The Fiji Airways Men's National 7s side dominated France 26-12 in their first pool game at the World Championship Valladolid 7s in Spain.
Fiji scored through Vuiviawa Naduvalo, Apete Narogo, George Bose, and Nacani Boginisoko.
They led 12-5 at half time.
Next up Fiji will play the USA at 4.24am
They then meet up with hosts Spain at 12.12am Sunday.
The Men's cup quarterfinals are at 2.27am Sunday, the cup semi finals at 8.22pm Sunday, while the Cup final kicks off at 2.26am Monday.
