Energy Fiji Limited launch new app for customers

Energy Fiji Limited launch new app for customers

The Noqu EFL Mobile app has been launched by Energy Fiji Limited.

CEO Hasmukh Patel says the app will allow post pay customers to view their account information, current balance, due dates, as well as a history of their electricity consumption.

He adds customers will also be able to view and download their current and previous monthly statements.

Patel further says the app will also have information on planned and unplanned power outages.

He revealed that Energy Fiji Limited paid Telecom to develop the app.

Patel says the amount of money they paid Telecom is confidential but the process was cost effective.

He adds the next step is to allow customers to make payments through the app.

Telecom CEO Charles Goundar says it took about three months for them to develop the app.

Goundar says it is great to see many Fijian businesses being forward thinking and adopting technology to make lives of Fijians easier in line with the nation’s digitizing initiatives.
