People can look forward to great music from local artists and groups such as Ratu, Gibson, Saiva, King Easy, One Crew and Grace at the Light Up Jittu Gospel Concert, which will be held at the Lagilagi Housing volleyball court this afternoon.
Inspire Pacific Founder Ben Morrison says the concert was organised not only to inspire young people but also to provide local musicians with a platform to showcase their talents.
He says the organisation has been doing valuable work with youths in the Jittu settlement, and the concert is another way of bringing the community together.
Morrison hopes the event will encourage young people to make positive choices and become better individuals.
He adds that while Jittu settlement may be known for crime, he believes that everyone is created in the image of God.

Morrison says activities for children will begin in the morning, while the gospel concert will run from 4pm to 9pm.
