Ba has won the 2012 Ink Mobile Battle of Giants tournament in penalty shootouts 4-2 against Labasa at Churchill Park.
At the end of normal time it was nil-all with play then going into 30 minutes of extra time.
Drama in the 12th minute of extra time saw Ba reduced to 10 players after striker Osea Vakatalesau was sent off after seeing a second yellow card.
Both sides remained goalless at the end of extra time with heroic efforts by the goalkeepers.
During the penalty shootouts, Avineshwaran Swamy missed the first kick for Ba, however Laisenia Raura, Mavileko Nakama, Jone Vesikula and Josefata Neibuli ensured they made up for the miss.
For the Babasiga Lions, Taione Kerevanua, and Pita Bolatoga netted their kicks while captain Taneila Waqa and Apisalome Turuva missed their crucial kicks.
Speaking to Fijivillage after the game, Captain Jone Vesikula said the pressure was on them and they were lucky to keep calm till the end.
This is Ba's record 15th BOG title while for the Babasiga Lions, the losing hoodoo continues now having lost all four finals when up against the Men in Black.
Ba's Remueru Tekiata was named the player of the tournament.
The match played this evening was also the longest in the history of the BOG tournaments.
Meanwhile earlier on, Lautoka defeated Nadi 1-0 to claim the 3rd spot of the tournament and Nasinu clinched the Premier Division title after defeating Taveuni 2-1.
