The New Life Church is moving to help address growing national concerns such as non communicable diseases and climate change at their annual conference currently underway in Suva.
City New Life’s senior pastor Park Yuen said the church’s leadership had decided to move away from the traditional annual conference program to incorporate sessions on climate change and NCDs because it wanted to be relevant to the community.
The conference will feature presenters including the deputy director general of the Secretariat of the Pacific Regional Environment Program Kosi Latu and Fiji national advisor on non communicable diseases Dr Isimeli Tukana.
