China Railway Company to fence PSC premises
The China Railway Company that is involved in beautifying Government House and Thurston Gardens will now fence the Public Service Commission premises.

PSC permanent secretary Parmesh Chand said that $1.5 million deal with the Chinese company will give the premises a facelift.

The Chinese company will construct 1,300 metres of fencing over a period of nine months starting from today.

The project is the third phase of the Government House and Thurston Gardens fencing program made possible through Chinese government aid coordinated by the Development Cooperation Facilitation Division in the Prime Minister’s office.

China Railway official Charles King assured the Government of a standard of work that denoted quality and professionalism while signing the deal with PSC.
