Fiji's business model operates in a atmosphere which is riddled with distrust and suspicion.
This was outlined by Suva Chamber of Commerce President, Dr. Nur Ali during the Business Forum 2012 yesterday.
Ali said the history of Fiji's unstable governance has led to this.
Meanwhile, in his addressing speech Attorney General, Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum had outlined that government removals does not really pose a risk factor to the country and it should not be used as an excuse by any financial institute.
He said government is doing a lot in moving Fiji forward by branding it.
Also Sayed-Khaiyum has urged all business houses to make submissions to the commission which will help the governing body as a whole.
