PNG PM to visit Fiji this month

Papua New Guinea Prime Minister Peter O’Neil will be visiting Fiji this month for the mineral resources development corporation sponsored golf tournament.

Prime Minister Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama has welcomed the decision by his Papua New Guinea counterpart to visit Fiji saying that he certainly looks forward to meeting O’Neil during the event.

Commodore Bainimarama said officials will work on the necessary logistics of O’Neil’s visit and convey back to O’Neil a programme pertaining to the official engagement.

The Mineral Resources Development Corporation sponsored golf tournament will be held at the Pearl Resort from the 19th to the 21st of this month.
