Sunderland will take on Leeds United tomorrow morning in a Premier League clash, with both sides desperate for valuable points.
History favours 16th-placed Leeds, as Sunderland have lost eight of their 10 Premier League meetings with the Whites.
The fixture also marks the first top-flight encounter between the two sides since Boxing Day 2002, when Leeds edged a 2–1 win at the Stadium of Light.
Leeds have continued to hold the upper hand in more recent league meetings, losing just once in their last six matches against seventh-placed Sunderland, recording two wins and three draws in that run.
With league positions at stake and a long-standing rivalry adding extra edge, both teams will be keen to make a statement.
Sunderland face Leeds at 2am tomorrow, while Crystal Palace host Tottenham Hotspur at 4.30am.
