The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua are determined to break their Sydney hoodoo when they face the New South Wales Waratahs tomorrow, aiming for their first-ever win against the Tahs on Australian soil.
Head coach Glen Jackson says the Waratahs are a side that everyone enjoys competing against and expects a fierce contest.
Speaking from Nadi, the former Chiefs player says his squad is ready to rise to the challenge.
He says the Waratahs are coming off a strong performance and will be eager to maintain that momentum.
Jackson adds that his players are excited to take the field and understand the importance of matching the Waratahs physically, particularly in the forward pack.
He highlights the Tahs’ dangerous backline, which features several high-profile signings and Wallabies, and says the Drua are fired up for the clash.
