About 2,000 attend Ram Leela celebrations at 125-yr-old Baba Ragho Vishnu Kuti Temple
About 2,000 people gathered at the Baba Ragho Vishnu Kuti Temple in Sawani, Nausori last night to enjoy the Ram Leela program.

Minister for Defence, Pio Tikoduadua, who attended the event, said the temple's 125-year history demonstrates that faith has the power to unite communities and strengthen understanding rather than create division.

Tikoduadua stressed that national security is built not only by those in uniform but also through trust, inclusion and strong communities.

He says every citizen contributes to Fiji's security by standing against fear, division and prejudice, and by supporting one another.

Tikoduadua also urged Fijians to leave future generations a stronger, fairer and more united country, saying the values upheld by the pioneers who established the temple 125 years ago continue to shape the Fiji of today.
