Tawake ready for his Drua debut and to make Fiji proud

Samuela Tawake is excited and ready to make his debut for the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua tomorrow and to make the nation proud.

Tawake who hails from Vuma Village in Levuka has been named in the front row with Jone Koroiduadua and Tevita Ikanivere.

Tawake who has played in the NPC for Manawatu says they are not only doing this for themselves but for the nation as a whole.

He adds they appreciate all the support that has been provided to them.

Isoa Nasilasila, Te Ahiwaru Cirikidaveta, Meli Derenalagi, Kitione Salawa and captain Nemani Nagusa have also been named in the forwards.

Simione Kuruvoli, Baden Kerr, Vinaya Habosi, Kalaveti Ravouvou, Apisalome Vota, Kitione Ratu and Selesitino Ravutaumada make up the backline.

The Fijian Drua will face the Waratahs at 8.45pm tomorrow in Sydney in their first ever Super Rugby Pacific match.
