Keep focusing on your goals, work hard and believe in your dreams.

Those were the words of Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women’s halfback Setaita Railumu during an interview with fijivillage News.

Originally from Nakelo village in Tailevu, Railumu started her rugby career when she was 17 years old.

Railumu says she never gave up on her dreams when she started her journey in the sport and 5 years later, she has found herself in a professional environment and training alongside some of the best women players in the Super W competition.

The 22-year-old will be having competition coming in from the experienced Evivi Senikaviri and the young Noelani Baselala, the younger sister of Swire Shipping Fijian Drua halfback Philip Baselala, in the halfback position his year.

Railumu and the Fijian Drua Women will kick off their Super W title defence against the Queensland Reds Women this Sunday at 3.35pm at Ballymore Stadium.
