Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s Head Coach, Saiasi Fuli says critical thinking is a challenge that the girls are trying to tackle when it comes to the pressure of the game and what they need to do while on the field.
Fuli says they always encourage them to work hard and put in the extra effort when tiredness strikes.
He says intensity is also a weakness in the team that they spotted in the last tournament and they are working together on fixing this issue.
The Fijiana 7s are in Pool C with Australia, Brazil and Great Britain in the HSBC SVNS Sigapore 7s that will be held from next Friday to Sunday.
The team will be leaving our shores on Saturday.
