Coca-Cola has renewed its partnership with the Fiji Secondary Schools Athletics Association, sponsoring the most iconic and unifying sporting event, the Coca-Cola Cola Games, for the next five years.

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (Fiji) Pte Limited Commercial Director, Ryan Mahoney says they are proud and honoured to renew their contract with the Fiji Secondary Schools Athletics Association until 2030.

He says for over half a century, they have worked together to build a platform that celebrates athleticism, resilience, and teamwork.

Mahoney says their sponsorship continues to support zone competitions as well as the Coca-Cola Games in the capital city.

He adds that this renewed five-year commitment is a lasting investment in Fiji's future sporting ambassadors and the communities that support them.

Fiji Secondary Schools Athletics Association President Marika Uluinaceva says athlete selection begins in our urban, rural, and maritime communities before progressing to the Zone competitions and ultimately the Coca-Cola Games.

He says the foundation laid by the Fiji Amateur Athletics Federation decades ago made this pathway possible, ensuring that every young athlete has the opportunity to shine.

Uluinaceva says the confirmed sponsorship until 2030 by Coca-Cola offers certainty and supports long-term planning of athletics over the next five years in the country. He adds they look forward to many more years of partnership as they continue to strengthen Fiji’s sporting legacy.
