The Digicel Baby Bula Boys 23-player squad representing Fiji at the OFC U-16 Men’s Championship in Tahiti has been named.

Head coach Sunil Kumar has selected a squad that includes a mix of overseas-based players and local talents.

Kumar says it was not an easy task to select the best 23 players, but the established criteria helped in choosing the best players for the tournament.

He says these players are very talented while unfortunately some players were dropped due to injuries.

The Digicel Fiji Baby Bula Boys are drawn in Group A with the Cook Islands, New Zealand and Vanuatu.

They will open their campaign against the Cook Islands on July 29th before playing New Zealand on August 1st while they will face Vanuatu on August 4th.
