Fiji’s boxer Winston Hill continues to make his mark in the international boxing arena after featuring in the ESPN Elite Boxing Championship final in August.

Hill made the final of the Absco Sheds Elite Boxing Championship Series One 70kg division after knocking out his opponent with a brutal punch.

Hill says his plan is to become a professional boxer after the Olympic Games in 2020.

The 23‑year‑old said it was the biggest achievement in his amateur boxing career yet.

He lost to Marcus Nelson in the final by points and had to settle for a silver medal.

Nelson is currently number two in Australia.

Hill has also set his sights on the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Gold Coast, Australia.
