Fiji 7s hopeful, Banuve Tabakaucoro has had some discussions with the Fiji 7s interim coach, Nacanieli Cawanibuka to discuss what to do should he want to become a successful rugby player.

Tabakaucoro who is still in transition process from athletics to rugby believes he needs more game time in order to be competitive with the other top players around the country.

The Silverwaters Barbarians wing was outstanding during his first outing at two sevens tournaments in Australia last month scoring six tries.

Silverwaters Barbarians coach Solomoni Donu says they continue to work with Tabakaucoro to ensure that he achieves his dream of representing Fiji at the international stage.

Donu also confirmed that Cawanibuka rang him on Sunday asking about Tabakaucoro and they needed to discuss some proper training and conditioning ideas with him.

Meanwhile Tabakaucoro is expected to start camp again with the Silverwaters Barbarians who are preparing for some local tournaments.
