Soqeta aims to follow in brothers footsteps
“My brothers have done it so can I.”

That’s the statement from flying Fijians hopeful Nemia Soqeta.

The 26-year-old is the younger brother of former national 7s rep Noa Soqeta and former flying Fijians number 8 Tomasi Soqeta.

Nemia played for Taranaki in the New Zealand Provincial Championship for two years before moving to Japan.

Nemia played for Lautoka in the Digicel Cup said he would love to follow in his brothers footsteps.

Nemia will be playing the blindside flanker position for the West team today

The East versus West game will kick off at 3pm at Buckhurst Park today while the 35 member flying Fijians squad will be named later on Friday.
