The Fiji Airways Men's National 7s team's focus at the moment is to win the World Championship in Valladolid, Spain this weekend.
Fiji Men's 7s Assistant Coach, Jerry Tuwai highlighted this to fijivillage Sports, saying he is coming in to the team to work on things that they might have missed out on, over the past tournament.
Tuwai, who brings with him over a decade of experience in the game, says he will try and impart some of that knowledge to the team.
However, Tuwai says as he has just come into the environment he does not want to overload them with information.
He says his approach towards the team has also changed since transtioning from player to coach and the team has respected that boundary.
When asked on his relationship with Head Coach Osea Kolinisau, Tuwai says Kolinisau was his captain and also coach at one time.

The Men's team kick of their campaign on Friday against France at 11.40pm.
They then play the USA at 4.24am Saturday before facing hosts Spain at 12.12am Sunday.
The Men's Cup quarter finals kick off at 2.27am Sunday, the semi finals at 8.44pm Sunday with the final at 2.26am next Monday.
The Fijiana 7s will play the USA at 8pm Friday, they then meet Australia at 12.51am Saturday before facing South Africa at 8pm.
