Canterbury Bulldogs centre, Daniel Rauicava is the only NRL players that boost a young Australian Fijian rugby league team which is in the country to play against the Fiji Residence in the Battle of the Bati on Friday.
The 24 year old from Naibale near Votua village in Nadroga made his debut in the NRL this season against Canberra Raiders.
Speaking to Fijivillage, Rauicava said he is expecting a lot from the local boys knowing that they had a big win against the NZ Fijian last Saturday.
Manager, Steve Driscol added that they have a very young side with an average age of 21 years with an aim to build a better Fiji Bati team for the future.
The Fiji Residence and Australian Fijian rugby league game will be held at 6.30pm on Friday at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori.
