The Parramatta Eels beat the Cronulla Sharks 24‑12 last night.
The Eels were locked with Cronulla at 12‑all through the second half but two tries to veteran centre Michael Jennings in the 52nd and 71st minute delivered the win for the Eels.
In other results, the Sea Eagles defeated the Rabbitohs 13-12, Panthers defeated West Tigers 9-8 while Canberra Raiders thrashed the Cowboys 30-12.
Today, the Melbourne Storm will take on the Bulldogs at 6.05pm while the Newcastle Knights will face the St. George Illawarra Dragons at 8.10pm.
