Lautoka Football Association and one of their former player have been charged by the Oceania Football Confederation disciplinary committee.
The committee found Lautoka Soccer Association and Samuela Vula guilty of offences which took place on March 27th 2010 during an O League match between Tafea FC and Lautoka played at Port Vila, which was abandoned by the referee after the crowd invaded the pitch.
This happened in the 84th minute of the match when Vula gestured towards the spectators in an insulting and provocative manner.
The spectators became noticeably agitated by this.
Vula has been suspended for four O League matches while Lautoka Soccer Association has been fined $NZ400.00
Meanwhile, Vula has now changed his district to Suva.
